Born in 1967 and married with three kids, Nicolas Sehnaoui served as the Minister of Telecommunications of the Republic of Lebanon between June 2011 and February 2014. He successfully upgraded Lebanon’s telecommunications infrastructure rolling out 3G and 4G, securing redundancy on the international connectivity, launching a national Fiber Optic Backbone and Beirut Digital District to name only a few of his accomplishments. His efforts were crowned by the United Nations International Telecommunication Union that ranked Lebanon 1st in progress out of 157 countries in the 2012 ICT Development Index. Prior to taking office Sehnaoui successfully managed several companies across a variety of industries. He now chairs the UK Lebanon Tech Hub that aims at creating a corridor between Lebanon and England to allow Lebanese ICT entrepreneurs to access the world supply chain through the London platform. In May 2018 he was elected member Parliament for the Beirut 1 district.

Judge Hania helweh is the president of the first instance monetarist, commercial and civil status chamber in the north of lebanon.
She holds a master degree in criminal law and wrote her essay about cybercriminality. She is also the ministry of justice focal point in cybersecurity .Therefore she was a member of the parliamentary committee that drafted law n 81/2018 related to e-transactions, cybercrime and personal data protection ,and of the governmental committee that drafted the Lebanese cyber strategy.
She participated in many national and international events related to cybercrime and is a member of the team responsible for drafting judicial manuel related to cybercrimes in lebanon .

Nisrine El Turky is the founder and CEO of Internet of Trees (IOTree). She is also a professor at the Faculty of Engineering at Notre Dame University- Louaize.
Prior to her entrepreneurial journey, and as a computer and communication engineer, Nisrine developed a strong technical background and knowledge in the telecommunications, networking and computing fields. She has led different international projects on the Emulation of Commutation of On-Board Satellite Systems and she launched her first company “Linkline Communications”. Furthermore, Nisrine has more than twelve years in research and development, at first, she developed her own electronics company “ElectroNis” and university club “ElectroHolics”. The purpose of her company was to impact students and fellow engineers positively. Subsequently, perceiving the pain accompanying the agriculture sector, Nisrine decided to step in and invent a new device to revive the sector and make farmers life easier. Thus, she founded IOTree. IOTree has won several awards and recognitions on a national, local and international level. Following her successful journey in the Ag-Tech, she launched “Mazra’Tek” a new Platform that helps the Agriculture sector. Being a serial entrepreneur, Nisrine recently launched her beauty-tech startup “Diva”.

Sarah Abdallah is a Lebanese socialtech entrepreneur, technology enthusiast, women & youth rights activist. Sarah has graduated as a computer and telecommunications engineer from Saint Joseph University in 2011. She joined Murex Systems company after graduation, one of the top Fintech companies worldwide, where she worked as a technical consultant for six years on big projects across MENA, Europe & Singapore.
Sarah was elected as a youth advisory council member at the US embassy in Beirut for two consecutive years (2015-2016). She was selected as a youth leader by the Swedish institute of Alexandria in 2016. During the same year, she was selected to participate in Techwomen exchange program in Silicon Valley, where she spent her four weeks mentorship period at LinkedIn San Francisco and worked on her social enterprise idea with top executives there.
She started teaching professional branding at Saint Joseph University on March 2017 and founded her social enterprise named LIBRO whose mission is to turn youth & women challenges into opportunities.
Sarah was selected as well as a global shaper part of the World Economic Forum early 2017, whose mission is to build a global community of outstanding young people committed to improving the state of the world. She was also assigned as co-leader for Facebook Developers Circle Beirut early 2018. Sarah is a regional speaker as well. She got the opportunity to share her experience & insights at more than 40 events and conferences across MENA.
